Rate Information

As a Master Metered Community, all Royal Palms Residents benefit from lower-cost commercial utility rates.

Electricity, Water and Wastewater services are delivered to all lots by the City of Austin, but billed by Royal Palms (i.e.; no utility deposits to City). Propane is available, as desired, from Royal Palms’ Propane Station. All lots have a paved patio and off-street paved parking for 2 vehicles, a paved patio, and most lots are densely covered with oak and elm trees. Dumpsters are placed throughout the Community, for disposal of household trash. The three recycling stations are distributed throughout the Community.

RV / Camper / Travel Trailer Lots

Premium lots average 85′ x 45′ (3825 sq ft) and Standard lots average 50′ x 30′ (1500 sq ft). Noticeably, Premium lots provide greater separation between neighbors and offer a larger and more private yard. All factory, self-contained manufactured RV’s and travel trailers are welcome. Sorry, we cannot accommodate converted busses, horse trailers, unconventional, or any non-factory built structure.

Holiday & Special Events

Starting at $90/day or $560/wk, based on space available, for up to 2 adults; $5/extra/adult/day. Monthly Special Rate MAY apply for rental between February & March or between September thru December. Children under 12 FREE. Rates may vary on holidays and special events. NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY OR SPECIAL EVENTS PRICING. Special Event Pricing does not apply to current residents.

We accept Single Wide Manufactured Homes up to 18′ x 76′. Acceptance of Used Homes is subject to age and condition of the home.
