On occasion, current residents seek to sell their home and arrange for Royal Palms to facilitate its sale, including assisting the seller to determine the maximum marketable price and terms, marketing and showing the home, providing negotiating services between buyer and seller, preparing all Sale documents, including Purchase Offer, Contract for Sale and Closing Documents necessary to satisfy the State of Texas requirements that ensure legal title transfer between buyer and seller and protecting the interest of both buyer and seller.

This is the best way to purchase a home. You pick the features, options, and colors to your specific requirements

Specifics:

Visit Royal Palms and select your preferred home from floorplan with features from a wide range of options. If you have a floorplan from another dealer, we likely can either order that home or another acceptably similar.

Upon customer approval of home pricing and financing arrangements* are finalized, Royal Palms will order the home directly from the factory — saving you $$$.
Royal Palms will 1) coordinate and ensure delivery of the home to your pre-selected lot, 2) provide and coordinate the utility service connections, 3) install the Central Air Conditioning System, 4) construct front and rear door, weather-treated porch/steps, and 5) install vinyl skirting around the home perimeter.

* Customer is encouraged to arrange financing thru their bank or home lender. Financing, as a last resort may be available thru Royal Palms, upon loan application submittal and approval.
